Denmark’s Supreme Court has ruled the bluff of those who view poker as 'a man’s thinking sport', stating it is actually a game of chance! Stating that poker is nothing more than a luck than skill game and has made (private) poker tournaments illegal once again.

The Department of Justice has fined Mr. Anurag Dikshit, founder of the well know online poker gambling site “Party Poker” with a staggering amount of $300 Million for violating the WireAct (UIGEA) law and a 2 year prison time.
